JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle administrative tasks related to health insurance and workers compensation, including document processing, claim payments, workers wage compensation calculations, and data reporting.
- Process and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Communicate with customers in Australia via email and instant messaging regarding claim-related matters.
- Support the team in resolving day-to-day operational issues and ensuring service quality.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in administration, HR, payroll, customer service, or related fields are preferred.
SKILLS:
- Good English communication skills, especially reading and written communication
- Detail-oriented, careful manner, logical thinking
- A good team player to effectively work in a dedicated team
- Able to work under high pressure with meat deadlines
- Good at MS Office, especially Excel
