Description:
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To conduct data processing works and basic analysis on client’s contracts, invoices, financial forms, emails, ETC at a very high accuracy and within the agreed timeframe
- Regularly check emails and other tools to retrieve new documents from the client
- Save the documents in appropriate working folders and update record keeping logs
- Check / verify the documents accuracy and provide feedback to Manager on wrong data received
- Process the documents into structural data following the guideline with provided tools
- Compare client’s documents with supporting data to ensure everything is correct
- Identify any errors related to financial leakage, and create detailed reports to show the error calculations alongside supporting documents
- Work alongside team members to improve efficiency
- Automate manual & repetitive processes
Requirement:
- Undergraduate or similar (Economics / Accounting/ Auditing / Business)
- Intermediate English, computer literacy
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical areas of skill.
- Team Player
- English CV is required
Skills
- Good at MS Office, especially Excel (know Pivot table)
- Detail-oriented, careful manner
- Logical Thinking
- Love to work with figures/data
- A good team player to effectively work in a dedicated team
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus (not required)
