Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
- Use your Python and automation skills to assist in workflow development and solve basic scripting or logic problems.
- Work closely with automation specialists, analysts, and data teams to deliver standard low-code and scripted solutions that improve business processes and reduce repetitive manual work.
- Can perform assigned automation and documentation tasks with supervision and begin contributing to internal improvements as part of a delivery team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating automation workflows using low-code platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n, and Python scripts for simple logic routines.
- Use checklists and templates to document automation components, workflow diagrams, and testing results.
- Support testing and deployment of automations by identifying failures or logic gaps and escalating them to more senior team members.
- Complete assigned tickets or sprint tasks following standard processes and naming conventions.
- Maintain internal documentation libraries by updating flow descriptions, field mappings, and FAQs.
- Contribute to discussions during sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives by sharing status and blockers.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members across technical and business functions.
- Support the handover of workflow documentation, logs, and scripts to internal QA or stakeholder reviewers.
- May help to train, assist, and QA the work from other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 0–1 years’ experience in scripting or workflow automation roles or demonstrated capability through university or personal projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Python scripting and low-code tools such as Power Automate or Zapier.
- Intermediate English, computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to follow documented procedures and contribute to small project tasks.
- CV must be submitted in English.
Advantageous but not required:
- Familiarity with JSON, Excel files, or APIs.
- Exposure to Agile environments or collaborative ticketing systems like Jira.
