Description:
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To conduct data processing works and basic analysis on client’s contracts, invoices, financial forms, emails, ETC at a very high accuracy and within the agreed timeframe
• Regularly check emails and other tools to retrieve new documents from the client
• Save the documents in appropriate working folders and update record keeping logs
• Check / verify the documents accuracy and provide feedback to Manager on wrong data received
• Process the documents into structural data following the guideline with provided tools
• Compare client’s documents with supporting data to ensure everything is correct
• Identify any errors related to financial leakage, and create detailed reports to show the error calculations alongside supporting documents
• Work alongside team members to improve efficiency
• Automate manual & repetitive processes
Requirement:
• Undergraduate or similar (Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting/Logistics)
• Intermediate English, computer literacy
• Good analytical thinking skills
• High attention to detail
• Having a strategical and logical approach to problem-solving
• Good research skills
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical areas of skill.
• Team Player
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel
