Job Description
- Recruitment:
- Support in recruitment process: do phone interview/ schedule interview or tests for candidates/..
- Support for employee life cycle: on-boarding, off-boarding, maintain the employee data (hardcopy/softcopy).
- Admin:
- Managing the admin tasks: parking cards/ stationery/consumer/ water/PC transfer/ Fingerprint list/ IT asset/ Seating map/Personal health care.
- Support for all the company activities: Monthly Happy hour Party/ Year End Party/ Team Building/ Company Trip/ Annual Health Check.
- Managing HR documents
- Responsible for paperwork for expat and making sure that getting on time: visa, residence card, work permit.
- Responsible for labor reports.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• At least 1 year experience in Admin/ HR field
• Intermediate English
• Hardworking, honest, polite, open- minded and willing to learn attitude
• Good communication skill is a plus
